The main problem discussed in this research is how the conflict between Indonesia and the European Union (EU) and its impact on Indonesia's membership position in the Paris Agreement. Where the conflict that occurred also involved international organizations, namely the European Union (EU) not conflicts between countries. This is certainly interesting considering the position of both Indonesia and the European Union (EU) in the Paris agreement and the good relations between Indonesia and the European Union (EU) which then lead to conflict and affect the environment. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how the conflict between Indonesia and the European Union (EU) can occur and how it affects Indonesia's position in the Paris Agreement. Therefore, the researcher took the title, namely the Conflict between Indonesia and the European Union (EU) and its impact on Indonesia's position in the Paris Agreement. With the objectives to be achieved and is expected to be able to explain using the research method used, namely qualitative research methods. Where this research will use two data collection techniques, namely library research (literature research) and interviews (interviews), both structured and semi-structured.
